Day 01
Arrival Abu Simbel to board the boat. Lunch on board. Visit Abu Simbel
temples with its pharaonic aspect, symbol Of the international salvage of the
Nubian monuments: the temples of Ramses the 02nd, and his beloved
wife: Nefertari. Welcome cocktail will be Served. Sound & Light Show
at Abu Simbel temples(optioanl) followed by Candlelight .Dinner on
board.
Day 02
For those who would like to watch the spectacular sunrise at the Abu Simbel
please enjoy an early morning visit to the temples. Morning at Leisure. Lunch
will be served while sailing to Kasr Ibrim. Arrival Kasr Ibrim, Sole
vestige of the distant past of Nubia in its original location. During the
Pharaonic period, this hill was dominated by a citadel and throughout the
Medieval era, the summit of the hill was dominated by a cathedral of which We
can still admire some roman arches. Explanation is done from the Sundeck of the
ship as entrance to the site is not permitted, overnight.
Day 03
Sailing to Amada. Morning visit to the temple of Amada from the 18th
Dynasty, built during the reign of Thotmosis the 03rd, Amenophis the
03rd, and Thotmosis the 04th. Also visit the hemi-speos
of Derr, dedicated by Ramses the 02nd to: the rising sun. Finally
the tomb of Penout, viceroy of Nubia. Lunch will be served while sailing
to Wadi El Seboua. Afternoon visit to Wadi El Seboua the temple of Wadi El
Seboua, dedicated by: Ramses the 02nd, to: the two gods Amoun Ra and
Ra harmakis. The temple Of Dokka, dedicated to the God Thot of divine wisdom,
lord of times and Science, the master of literature. Visit the Greco-roman
temple of Meharakka. Dinner and overnight at Wadi El Seboua.
Day 04
Sail to Aswan, and crossing of the Tropic of Cancer. After lunch, visit
the Kalabsha temple with its pharaonic aspect, remodeled into the Greco-roman
style and dedicated to the god Mandoulis. Also visiting the Hemi-speos of Beit
El Wali, erected to honor the goddess Isis. Overnight in Aswan.
Day 05
After breakfast, end of your cruise and disembarkation.
